Do I have to speak or share?

No. You can stay silent, keep your camera off, and just be present.

What if I miss a session?

You'll still be able to continue. This isn't something you have to "keep up with".

Is this therapy?

No. This is a guided experience, not therapy or treatment.

Will this feel awkward?

Not really. Everything is designed to feel natural and low-pressure.

What if I don't feel anything?

That's okay. You don't have to force anything here.

Do I need any prior knowledge?

No. Just curiosity and openness.

Do I need to be good at art or music?

Not at all. This isn't about skill — it's about expression.

What do I need to bring?

Just basic things — a notebook, pen, maybe colors, and your headphones.

Will I have to interact with others?

Only if you want to. Nothing is forced.

Is this beginner friendly?

Yes. It's designed for anyone, even if you've never explored this before.

Will I get recordings?

Some parts may be available, but the real value is in being there live.
