most internships hand you a certificate. this one hands you proof you can practise.
You can read about art therapy or watch a demo anywhere. What you cannot easily get is real, guided practice and something real to show for it. So this is built the other way around: you practise each approach until it feels natural, do it under a mentor who can guide you, and finish with a portfolio you keep. The certificate is the smallest part of what you leave with.
Live cohort classes with mentors who practise. Each approach, taught by people who use it.
Practise each approach hands-on, as many times as you need, where it costs nothing to try, get it wrong, and try again.
Guided practice with real feedback. You run the approaches with someone watching who can guide you.
Your capstone, The Expressive Portfolio, becomes a portfolio piece, backed by a verifiable certificate.
Build a portfolio of expressive-therapy work across the modalities you learn, with a reflective process log that shows how you think and work.
120-hour capstone: the four foundation modalities. 240-hour capstone: all eight, with a facilitated session.
this is the piece you show. the thing other internships do not give you.

You rehearse, then do it under guidance. Most of your time is spent working, not watching.

Classes run live three evenings a week, ninety minutes each. The rest is structured, guided work: curated reading, practice, assignments, and a real capstone. The certified hours reflect everything you actually do, not just time in class.

Most hand you lectures and a certificate. This is built around doing: you rehearse each approach hands-on, practise under a mentor's guidance, and finish with a capstone that becomes a real portfolio piece, backed by a verifiable certificate.
The classes are live online, three evenings a week, Monday to Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:30 PM. You join on video and take part, it is not a set of recordings to watch alone.
The 120-hour track is the focused version: the four foundation modalities, art, music, narrative and mindfulness, with live classes, practice, a capstone, and a verifiable certificate. The 240-hour track adds four deeper modalities, clinical hypnosis, trauma-informed practice, somatic and body-based approaches, and grief, loss and meaning-making, doubles the live time and supervised practice, and adds an extended capstone with a one-to-one review, a letter of recommendation for strong performers, and priority to list on Souled Connect when it opens.
